hybridio.

Hybridio (Pty) Ltd · South Africa

We build websites — and the software underneath them.

Most studios stop at the brochure. We build the marketing site that ranks and the application behind it — logins, databases, dashboards, quoting, invoicing, payments. Any industry.

What we build

A studio that ships both halves of the internet.

Most agencies stop at the brochure. Most development shops cannot design. Doing both is what lets one team take a business from “we need a website” to “our whole operation runs on this.”

Websites that rank

Every word rendered on the server before a single script runs, because that is what a search engine reads. Structured data, fast Core Web Vitals, and landing pages aimed at the searches your competitors have not thought about.

  • Next.js
  • Server-rendered
  • Schema.org
  • Sitemaps

Web applications

Logins, databases, dashboards, permissions, document generation, scheduled work. The software a business runs on rather than a contact form that emails someone and hopes for the best.

  • Auth
  • Multi-tenant
  • Roles
  • Documents

Calculators and tools

Affordability models, quoting engines, configurators. An interactive tool is the most reliable way to turn a visitor into an enquiry, because it gives them the answer before it asks for anything.

  • Interactive
  • Validation
  • Shareable results

Data and reporting

Ingestion, analysis, charting and exports. If the answer currently lives in a spreadsheet that one person maintains, it belongs in software instead.

  • Pipelines
  • Charts
  • Exports

Payments and integrations

Payment rails, email and WhatsApp automation, accounting exports, third-party APIs. Checkout and booking flows stay plain and conventional — never dressed up at the cost of completing.

  • Payments
  • Webhooks
  • Email
  • WhatsApp

Content you control

A deliberately narrow editor for the text, images and prices you will actually want to change, with no way to break the layout you paid for.

  • Scoped editing
  • Draft and publish

Work

Five shipped products. Nothing in common but the standard.

Field services software, Public data platform, Wellness & natural products, Custom merchandise, Appliance spares. The industry keeps changing, which is rather the point — the work is not tied to a sector.

Field services software

Sitebook

sitebook.co.za

Pre-launch

Job management for South African electricians: quote in minutes, invoice sooner, and keep Certificates of Compliance findable from site. The product is pitched against roughly R65 000 a year lost to slow quotes and missed invoicing, and is currently signing up early adopters ahead of launch.

  • Quoting and invoicing workflow
  • Certificate of Compliance records
  • Built for use on site, not just at a desk
  • Early-access waitlist

Public data platform

SA Lotto Stats

salottostats.co.za

Live

A statistics platform over South African lottery draw history — frequency analysis, hot and cold numbers, an expected-value calculator and a generator, across Lotto, PowerBall and Daily Lotto. It states plainly that draws are independent random events with no predictive value, and carries responsible-play resources.

  • Draw history, results and records
  • Frequency analysis and hot/cold numbers
  • Expected-value calculator and number generator
  • Editorial section built for organic search
  • Responsible-play framing throughout

Wellness & natural products

Aura Vita

auravita.co.za

Live

A promotional site for an essential oils brand, built around one decision: no contact form and no email address anywhere on the page. Every call to action routes straight to WhatsApp or a phone call, because that is where the buyer already is, and the benefit copy stays deliberately non-medical.

  • WhatsApp and tap-to-call as the only conversion paths, no contact form
  • Hand-drawn SVG illustration set, no stock photography
  • Logo traced to vector and animated rather than a raster image
  • Non-medical benefit copy with a compliance disclaimer

Custom merchandise

Baash by Design

baashbydesign.co.za

Live

A custom merchandise studio making anime and K-pop fan apparel and gifts, built the same way as Aura Vita: WhatsApp is the only path to an order, pre-filled per product so nothing has to be typed from scratch. The site walks a buyer through the process itself — send the idea, approve a mockup, pay a deposit, then collect or have it couriered — before a human enters the conversation.

  • WhatsApp ordering with pre-filled, per-product messages, no cart or checkout
  • Four-step process explainer: mockup, deposit, production, delivery
  • Fandom-specific collections alongside a general product catalogue
  • FAQ section and nationwide courier delivery details

Appliance spares

Beebops Enterprise

beebopsenterprise.co.za

Live

A West Rand supplier of new and second-hand spares for washing machines, fridges, stoves, tumble dryers and dishwashers. The site sells the way the counter already works — describe the part, get a quote, pay, collect — so there is no cart and no checkout, and every enquiry path asks for the three things that actually identify a part: brand, model number and a photo.

  • WhatsApp enquiries pre-filled with a brand, model and photo template
  • Enquiry form built around a phone number, with email optional
  • Catalogue by appliance, naming the parts that commonly fail on each
  • Separate trade supply path for technicians, laundromats and resellers
  • New versus second-hand explained, with as-is disclaimers on used and electrical parts

Process

How a build actually goes.

No black box, and no disappearing for two months. You see the specification, the design and a working link long before you see a finished invoice.

If something needs to change halfway through, that is a conversation — not an argument about what was agreed.

  1. 01 · Scope call

We work out what you actually need

What the business does, where it currently leaks time or money, and what “done” looks like. You come away with a price and a timeline before anything is committed.

  2. 02 · Spec and design

You see it before it is built

A written specification and a design you can click through, both before any production code exists. You approve them, and they become the scope — so nobody is surprised later.

  3. 03 · Built in the open

    You watch it being made

A live link from early on, updated as the work goes. You can redirect something while it is cheap to change, instead of finding out at handover that it was not what you pictured.

  4. 04 · Launch and after

It goes live, and stays that way

Deployment, search indexing, analytics and a proper handover. Then ongoing support if you want it, or everything signed over to you if you would rather run it yourself.

The signature

Every build we ship signs itself.

One restrained mark in the footer of the sites we build, linking back here. It is the oldest form of advertising a studio has: the work itself, seen by someone who has just been impressed by it.

One line of markup, 33px tall, light and dark. It never covers content and it never animates.
